Do not hire this firm!! I did get a settlement for the amount I knew my case was worth. But it's a huge lack of communication there, my attorney did not keep me informed nor up to date about my case. Actually my attorney was not even up to date. The guy John who handles complaints is rude and unapologetic. I myself work in customer service and John has no customer service. Stacie Alexander was my attorney and I must say she is weak when it comes to being an attorney. Its been right at 30days since court and we settled at court but haven't heard anything about my check by phone email or postal. Good help is so hard to find. For anyone looking for accident lawyers go else where please

I just completed my auto accident case a couple of days ago . Communication is so-so. It was great at first . I got a phone call every few days to update me on the status of my case . Since I signed the settlement papers though, communication has nearly stopped . I guess they got paid so it’s no point in staying consistent . The percentages were off also . One person told me they could get 25 percent and another person said 40 percent , which is a big difference in what I’ll have left .. overall I’ll give the experience a 3.5. Would I use them again? A big maybe .
