Don't use fieger. They didn't fight for me at all. I should fired the lawyer I had from here. He was terrible. He rushed my whole case and got me nothing. I'm still injured and can't work and I have nothing to show for it. I can't retry my case and also they deterd me from going to trial. I penalty should have gone to trial then maybe me and my baby that I had to have two months early would have some money. If you are looking for a good lawyer to represent you and win your case look else where. So mad and disappointed at the lack of work that was done for my case and mad at myself for not firing him. I'm sure they got paid three times what they should have and three times more than I did. Waste of time going here.

The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. The intake man I talked to was rude and disrespectful and kept getting smart with me. So after that and seeing reviews I am confident they suck! The commercials are bull crap too. The receptionist was ignorant and unprofessional also. Maybe they win cases but when people are calling to give you more business you don't act like that!

Wife met with Fieger law and they promised her they would take her case. A couple weeks later they called and said she would need to come in the next day to sign a retainer. The next day she got an EMAIL stating they would not take the case because it was too expensive. After several failed attempts to contact Mr. Fieger I received a nasty letter stating they NEVER drop cases due to money, LIE I have the email to prove otherwise.

Called about an accident I was involved in. My insurance agent recommended calling an attorney.. a huge mistake calling Fieger law. Lady who called me back was rude and heartless. Asking me a bunch of personal questions without asking what happened. When I told her the questions were a bit personal for a pre screening she laughed at me, I told her this didn't seem like a good fit and she hung up. Sad I really thought this would have worked. Sorry Mr Fieger but check your staff out and get people who care about the people who are calling. My age does not matter if I was involved in an accident.

Feiger is just a mediocre legal salesman. He's definitely not the caring guy that will defend you when no one else will. If Feiger is willing to take your case, it is beyond a slam dunk and you can get a better attorney at a better rate. And don't be fooled by "this is the state approved rate" is the maximum they can charge, but don't trust that, they charge you exhorbenent rates for "costs" like $1.00 copies, mileage and any other imaginative cost they can think of to get their cut up to 50%!

It is not me, but, my son has a case. For his autistic son. His son was hurt in a auto crash. My grandson' s mother was first to file. Supposedly he won. To get him some of the help he needs, a check was supposed to be sent within 5 to 7 business days, and the remainder of the settlement put into an account accessible to my grandson after he turns 18 , well it's been over 2 weeks. The original lawyer handling the case is no longer working for Fieger Law. So my son trying to get any response is heartbreaking. I don't believe anyone should have to jump through so many hoops just to help his son.

They were very prompt as I arrived about an hour early and they got me in to speak with 2 lawyers about my case. They explained the actions that they were to make and how they are payed , which is done after any settlement. JUSTICE? More like a JOKE!! I'm ABSOLUTELY LIVID at the way my case has been THROWN ASIDE by the FIEGER LAW FIRM! I hired the Fieger law firm back in July 2014 to take on my case because I was permanently injured last year in a hit & run car accident. After nearly 8 months and ZERO communication from the Fieger Law firm, it turns out that the paralegal(s) AND the attorney that were supposed to represent me have been let go! It took multiple phone calls for MONTHS to FINALLY find this information out on my own. Recently, I received correspondence from Mr. Fieger himself letting me know he has given my case to another attorney(s) Lipton Law Firm, and that they will now represent me. GET THIS!!! I have called to follow up to speak with one of the attorneys there and they are so swamped they will try to get back to me when possible!!! Sounds shady, and very unprofessional to me..

My wife and I were shopping at Menards, and an employee was taking a box from a top shelf. The employee did not see a large bucket of dry detergent on top of the box. The bucket fell down and struck my wife in the back, resulting in an injury. This is the same store that, a few years ago, a man was killed by ceramic tiles from a top shelf falling on his head. Apparently Fieger took that case. I digress, my wife called Fieger Law, and spoke with an associate. She explained the issue, and was told the case would be referred to another law firm. My wife was told by the law firm there was nothing they could do, and refused the case.. She then called Fieger Law back, told the associate what the other firm said, and was told okay. Nothing about discussing the case any further, just okay, and goodbye.The comercials say Fieger law fights for you. Is there proof in advertising, I can't say

Read other reviews while waiting for the call back. When I received the call, I was asked several questions revolving around the potential of my case. After the 5th question, I was told that a panel of attorneys will review my case and if they don't take it, I will be reffered to another firm. I understand the fact that they have to make money, but I also agree with other reviewers that they definitely make no bones about profitability concerning potential cases. They should change their commercials because they are not "for the people". Or maybe I should say they are for the people that will make them a boatload of money! As an aside, I did call another major advertising law firm about my case, but at least they told me up front that they don't handle my type of case (employment) up front.

I have to give Fieger law a one star, thanks to the female attorney that called me tonight at 6pm. I thought it was a late, odd time to be calling, but that was confirmed by the rude, condescending manner given off by the femaile attorney. She said she was calling from Fieger law in response to my online submission I made. She probably had a long bad day, and so she waits to call ME at 6p, and I basically get dumped on by her and her lousy attitude. Once again, the case of someone book smart who passes the bar exam, but has a zero charisma, rude personality. I am a nice guy and this is the very first time that i have contacted Fieger law. (I did an online submission on the Fieger website on Friday, with my contact info, ect.., and an automated reply said that someone would call me as soon as possible, and tonight turned out to be that call. I clearly explained that I had an ADA disability accommodation certification filled out by my doctor, which I turned into H.R at my work, and how I was denied the accommodation (wrongly, I feel). Anyway, I was not me with understanding from this female attorney. She was abrupt and rude seem to only care about big money. She was was fired yet or had any damages, and the answer is no. So she made it clear after that that it was check out time. Seems like Fieger law only wants to look into helping some if money is involved. I was, at the very least, willing to pay to have an official attorney let sent to my work, but that must be chump change for Fieger Law, so the female attorney did not seem interested in that at all. I will be telling of of my friends and family to seek out any other law firm, since there are so, so many here in the metro detroit area.

Figer was extremely unprofessional with my family’s case, they gave us very false expectations with our case and when it finally settled after 2 years they distributed money into the wrong accounts and told us there is no way to get the money to the correct payees. On top of that, when they needed me to sign papers, instead of calling me to see when would work they had an attorney show up to a hospital unannounced while my son was in surgery. They are very insensitive and unprofessional I would not recommend at all

Don't believe Feigers commercials. Called Fieger Law one evening on an Urgent matter- life & death & reached his answering service person that i must have woke up, mumbling or buzzed up, frusterating, finally left my message of urgency and much later, a day or two, can't remember exactly, some woman from Feigers called me as my brother was dying. (shaking head) I told her, not a good time, too late, too late! So much for Feiger Law & he'll fight for you! How so, when hes too cheap to hire a competent answering service, with some measure of understanding life and death situations. Sure blessed that i found this Fieger Law firm out before the fact, rather than after the fact. They operate at the low bar of professionalism!

My brother called to get a wrongful termination lawsuit because he had a heart attack while working on Jan 8 2021 an had no FML time left an while he was in the hospital the next day Jan 9 he was terminated from his job. So he filled out the information on the website an it took a day or so an they told him they could not help. I would not recommend this law firm unless you have a case that will get you alot of money.

I called this law firm about a back injury inflicted on me by a chiropractor.I left my information on Wednesday and received a call back on Thursday.In the 45 second long call back I received, I was told curtly to go find another doctor who would confirm this diagnosis, then call them. I'm not sure who handles their intake team, but they could use a few lessons in courtesy, and professionalism. I'll look elsewhere.

Don't believe the hype Jeffrey Fieger's law firm, I should have followed my mind and not seek legal counsel with his firm. Whatever you do don't go to Jeffrey Fieger to take your wrongful/death, malpractice case if you're going after a Corporate hospital, he would drop you like a fireball to join the other side. I feel in his mind, Blacks don't count they will have to die three, four times, and he still doesn't care. Now if you're trying to sue a major city, that's a different story, he just might consider taking the case. No Integrity, Honesty, and Truth here at his huge impressive office, but inside the building, the scales of Justice are tilted for a potential client who walks in that door, thinking that his legal firm is the one, think again.-1-800-DON'T-CARE.

Please correct your commercial regarding the flooding in Midland and Gladwin counties. There was nor has there ever been any "Midland" dams. The dams were in Sanford and Edenville not Midland. The citizens of the City of Midland suffered devastating effects of the failure of the dams but please be sensitive to the fact that those in the village of Sanford, Wixom Lake and Gladwin county lost thier homes and business to the failure of the Sanford and Edenville dams.

I wouldn't even give him one star but I had to just so I could give a review. I wish I never called fieger!! I had a double bypass and was told by the Dr not to worry he's done millions. When the chief of vascular surgery clamped my aorta artery he also clamped my spinal artery which caused my paralysis. I called Fieger's office to see if he could help me and a lawyer in his firm had my files and looked at them for months and this person told me that there was a major cover up now said it needed to go to another lawyer in the firm so it got passed onto the next lawyer within Fieger's firm. This person had my case on the desk but I guess just let it collect dust and waste all of my time, but sends me a letter of intent in July and made me so very happy to know someone finally saw something! Until a few days before this past Christmas and FedEx me a letter stating their experts found no malpractice! Wasted all my time now I can't even do anything about it. Really made my Christmas special so thanks so very much Fieger's law firm and you say your the Best! NOT!!!!!!!l!! I would never recommend you to my dog!

Fieger is my boy. I have never heard a man talk so fairly for others. After commercials I be like "Go Fieger". However, I can't really say what on Fieger's mind, if he's a fake or not. So, this review is based on his staff. I contacted Fieger Law office twice. The first time, I spoke with a Feiger attorney who sent me a letter, referred to a third party attorney, who told me don't call him anymore. A few years later, I contacted Fieger office again, considering my civil rights. This time, I received another letter in the mail, stated "potential attorney". However, I wonder if Fieger is a victim of love and support from his culture, or they feel sorry for him. Meaning, when Fieger speak up for "others" and says he is accepting civil cases on the radio, his people act like they are supporting him by letting Fieger vent his "feelings", but behind his back, his staff have no intention on taking civil rights cases.

I didn't know who you talk with after some thought i called fieger's office. The first call that they said was a half hour intake said someone would call me back in a few days. Oh after 4 days a woman from the staff called she was rude, sarcastic,ruthless no compassion. This was about the DEATH of my husband lack of medical care and the wrong treatment that cost him his life. I never pictured myself needing a lawyer. Honestly I didnt initially set anything up either my parents urged me and contacted Feiger's law firm after my injury. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and felt like they cared not only about the case but about my well being at all times. I dealt with Donald Dawson as my lawyer, and though I have no prior experience with any sort of lawyers or situations of that nature. I would highly reccomend anyone in need to him. He is not only thorough but very easy to talk to. It's almost amusing to write a positive review about a lawyer as most people like to think a certain way of lawyers, but I will say that throughout my case I felt very positively about my experience with the fieger law firm. I am very thankful that I went the direction I did, and without this firm I dont believe i would have had the same outcome. They tried to get me off the phone three times, and I had to say " aren't you going to ask about this". At the very end they ask if they can give your case to another law firm. I submitted a contact form and heard back about three days later. The attorney I spoke to started asking questions and when I tried to give answers, he was very short and and once I gave yes and no answers only, he was very dismissive and said, "I won't take over a case from someone else" and "I can't make your employer be nice to you " and then about hung up but told him to wait. Given that I contacted them regarding a different matter then he was calling about. I was then told I'd be contacted by someone else. I feel he was very rude, insensitive and short. Disappointed I even thought of them to try and help me.
