Loved the interior architecture of this building! Very open and we'll lit, the color themes well thought out and comforting to the eyes. I did notice though, that a few of the lights had been replaced with a soft blue bulbs while the originals (that I might add, were in the greater number) were an amber hue; this slight offset ruined the carefully orchestrated milue of the building.

I hired this company to represent me in my case! I had been arrested and put on a bond of $30,000 with a possibility of up to 20 yrs in prison. I had been in a car accident that resulted in the fatality of a beautiful 10yr old little girl who didn’t deserve to die the way she did. She was my daughters best friend/teammate and her family a long time family friend of ours. I had been hit by another driver and yet they tried to say I was at fault when my light was green and had plenty of witnesses but none the less they arrested me on manslaughter charges. We hired Dunham and Jones to defend me and Courtney Miller was assigned to my case and she went above and beyond to get the info she needed to help me and because of her I now no longer fear being taken away from my three children who have suffered a lot threw this process as they were in the car when it happened as well as suffered from injuries. And my husband who had done a lot of research to find the best attorney possible. I can’t thank Courtney Miller enough for keeping my family together and so that now I can finally try to get justice for this amazing little angel and her family. Before I met Courtney I felt the world was against me as I felt no one cared to hear the real story of what happened, that they just wanted to have someone to blame and I was the easiest target as the other drivers are very wealthy and they were just able to up and move away 2 weeks after the accident and go on with their lives as mine and my friends lives had been turn upside down and inside out and our worst fears came to reality. Courtney was able to present enough evidence or proof to result in a no billed (state didn’t have enough evidence to say it was me at fault) against me and I look forward to talking with the company to start moving forward and try to get some type of justice/closure for my family and for the family of the little girl. Absolutely the biggest waste of my money, I am so incredibly disappointed & discouraged in the efforts of my “attorney.” I paid $6500 to “the best lawyers in the DFW,” only to have a different attorney at every meeting. It was impossible to get a call returned from my initial attorney, & during every court appearance & at every office meeting: I had a different attorney. Keep in mind, this would mean relaying all the little details of my case over & over & over again. Why did nobody take notes while I repeatedly plead my case? I practically defended myself by feeding some guy all of my defense via emails DURING. COURT. My “attorney,” waited until the morning of my sentencing to ask me for very important documents, documents that were important in proving my defense. I was completely disregarded when relaying the “offer,” I agreed to & my lawyer neglected to present many, many stipulations that I signed up for, but was never verbally informed of nor was I made aware of any of the classes, fees, that I “agreed to.” It’s so disappointing that Dunham & Jones are impossible to get ahold of, as well, because that’s who “sold me,” on their services. The same man who took $6500 from my bank account, the same man who promised me GOOD legal representation & failed, is the same man whose name is on this building - THAT IS A SHAME!!!!!! Save yourself the “sales pitch” & the $6500, get a court appointed attorney & get the exact same outcome you would if you hired these monkeys. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Now, after all this, I am currently having to enroll myself in the process of acquiring ADEQUATE LEGAL REPRESENTATION in appealing my case, because “the best lawyers in the DFW,” neglected to.

My one star rating is because of the lack of communication. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with them when I did have a question. I was given misinformation twice and some vital information was never communicated to me at all. We were handed off to multiple attorneys, and given completely different information by each of them. I am still waiting for a phone call from the law firm that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. I have given up, I genuinely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. I was also told that when I paid my fees in full, that everything was taken care of, even if they needed to return to court. When the time came to go back, I was told that they usually charge for that service, (I had already paid for it) but would waive the fee if I gave them a 5 star google review... So in short, bad communication, lack of consistency, and misinformation is why I will not be using Dunham & Jones again in the future. I hope this helps someone else. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they tell people they will owe them more money if they do not comply. ***UPDATE - a representative from the firm has since reached out to resolve this matter, going so far as to offer to replace my representative with another attorney from the firm. I do appreciate the attempt on their behalf to correct this situation, and will be in communication with them over the next month to try and resolve this matter. I will update this post as the situation unfolds. UPDATE- Kathy and Will from the firm are currently working to correct this issue, I will post updates as they occur…

So i didnt really know what to expect being that this was my first time ever having to get a lawyer but i have to say my time was a very rewarding in a way since my lawyer was Ms.EhMann-Clardy.... She made everything super easy she gave it to me straight she fought for me the way through.... The team at Dunham & Jones was absolutely amazing! From my free consultation to my not guilty verdict and everything in between these guys were there for me every step of the way! My case was tough because I'm a convicted felon with a prior conviction for the offense I was charged with. Even though I didn't commit the crime, the prosecutors wanted to throw the book at me. My lawyers, especially Kathy Ehmann-Clardy, always had my back and believed I was innocent. Through the next several months my legal team built my defense while the prosecution did nothing but offer jail time. When it came down to it my options were to take a guilty plea and 6 months of probation or go to a jury trial (which was included in the price.) My lawyers didn't hesitate at all or try to persuade me to take the easy way out. They knew I wasn't guilty and were prepared to stand up for me and fight in front of a jury. After 2 days of trial I was found not guilty by unanimous decision by a jury of 6 men and women. No matter what the prosecution tried to say, even going as far as calling my own witnesses liars! My team always had a rebuttal and honestly made the prosecution team look foolish, mean, unprofessional, and unprepared. I can't think everyone at Dunham & Jones enough for their tireless dedication to defending me and I would highly recommend them to everyone else. Hopefully for me I'll never have to use them again, but if something ever happened and I needed a team of people on my side I'd know who I'd call!

I would recommend this law firm 100%! They are honest, affordable and will fight for you when it seems that there is no hope! I was convicted of a DWI in 2017 and have been on probation since without incident. My original PO retired and I met the new officer who had it out for me from Day 1. I went in for a random UA this July and was thrown in jail on a Friday on a motion to revoke my probation (while my 11 yr old son was home alone and I was not able to contact him). My mother contacted Dunham and Jones and Shawn, an attorney, came to visit me that Sunday in jail. He was empathetic, knowledgeable and most of all-he was honest. After our conversation the feeling of dread and despair turned into hope and trust in the lawyer who is fighting for me. I thought at best, I would be released on bond, have to wait on a court date and a judge to decide whether or not I deserved to spend years in jail or reinstate my probation. After seeing the 5 page MTR that was sent to me in jail, this was the best case I thought. Shawn came back in a few days and informed me that the MTR was dismissed and I was free to go home to my family! He got the case thrown out and I was able to walk out of that jail that afternoon. I have been in contact with Dunham and Jones since my release and since I lost work due to this, I wasn't able to make payments to satisfy the rest of my retainer fee. Instead of an "Oh well, sh*t happens and you need to figure it out," I again received empathy and care. I have never had an experience like this when it came to hiring and dealing with lawyers (and trust me, I've had a few) and I will never trust any other firm with my legal needs. They understood I had made a bad mistake, but I was not a bad person. From the initial meeting, to every phone call, to each court appearance, my attorney, Terry was on top of it. All I had to do was show up for the court appearances. I was facing 10 years in prison for felony DWI. I did research on the top DWI firms in Tarrant County, and I am so grateful I picked Dunham & Jones. I ended up getting only 7 months of weekend county jail, which allowed me to keep my job, my dignity and allow me to learn from and move past this horrible mistake. One of the big things that really took a lot of pressure and stress off was they had a payment plan and I didn’t have to pay everything up front. I would never ever call this law firm. I went to Dunham and Jones two years ago when I was facing a DWI case as the passenger. As easy of a case that I was fighting, they still failed me. They had so many clients, that I was just another paycheck. They failed to even remember who I was every time I had court. The lawyer that I had seen for more than half of my case pawned me off to an associate who was clueless of my charges in front of the judge. I am just now posting this because after years of believing they got my case dismissed, I still see a lower charge that they failed to mention on account of dismissing the DWI charge. I only found out by getting denied a job because of my background check. This place is an absolute scam, and I advise you to please never choose this law firm.

Hired Dunham & jones back in June 2020. The biggest mistake I ever made and here is why. I don't know any more about my case today 2/1/21 then I did back in June. In 8 mths they have accomplished nothing. I was on my 3rd lawyer from the firm. They didn't even have the decency to tell me the last one was no longer with the firm. I had to find out from outside sources. Thy don't seem to take pride in their work. They have very poor communication skills and they never provided the services they were supposed to. My case was passed around . The same information had to be explained over and over again. I finally had enough and had to go with another lawyer. This BIG mistake cost me money and valuable time.
