Best traffic & criminal attorney in the southeastern PA area. Rich was a judge here for a long time and has many, many contacts. First and foremost what I was surprised with was how he does not even bring up fees until he hears your entire side of the story. Most lawyers are all bout the $. Not Rich. He is a wonderful salesman. He’ll sell you everything you want to hear. But after you fork over all your money... he doesn’t even do half of what he promised. Time for his retirement.
