Mr.Dawson was to busy to take my case but I still want to give a 5 star review based on his compassion and integrity alone. When I called Mr.Dawson I immediately got him which is a rarity all in itself! He unfortunately had another appointment so after I explained my situation he asked if he could call me back. When he called me back he already knew that he would not be taking my case yet he called me back and he called when he said he would. He explained that he would not be taken my case and why, but that he still wanted to help me by emailing me a list of Personal Injury Attorneys that he knew and respected. Mr.Dawson could have easily just refused my case and told me to call the Oregon State Bar and request a referral from them but he didn't. He also could have had his assistant call me back but he did what he said he was going to do and took the time out of his day to deal with me which is a major sign of integrity and He will again spend time that he doesn't owe me when he emails me the list of referrals. Customer service is not what it used to be and I'm sure most people would agree with me. So to recieve such a high level of customer service, especially from an Attorney who as I said, could have easily pushed me off onto his assistant or not dealt with me at all is phenomenal. If Mr.Dawson is at a point where he can take your case - I'd go for it if I were you. There just aren't alot of attorneys who will go the extra mile for someone who is not their client as he did for me. So I can't imagine him not going above and beyond fighting hard for his clients. Thanks for being an example of the "good guys" still left in the world Mr.Dawson.

The Dawson Law Group was hired to represent me in a court trial that lasted nearly two weeks. Bryan and Ben had the overwhelming task of defending me in a six car accident. I was car number 5 and car number 4 was suing me for over 300K just as the statue of limitations date was approaching and I was terrified. I'm an African American, IT Professional and I was not familiar with rear end car accidents, civil law suits, or court trials. Bryan and Ben treated me like a person they really cared about, I felt important and not like a case file thrown to them by my insurance company. I was assured the Dawson Group would gather all the facts and details to make certain I achieved a favorable outcome. After agreeing to represent me, Mr. Dawson wrote an effective letter and it wasn't long before the other driver had accepted fault. My case was complicated because it involved a landslide. Sometimes when natural disasters are involved it's difficult to assess blame.
