Inept. Incapable. Disappointing. Big flippin' waste of time. Frustrated and shocked they Wouldn't help us, Wouldn't even hear us out, just a flat "no." Offering no options. Don't expect any support for medical malpractice. Won't matter that you can prove the charge. It's disgusting really.
