Kacie Clouser, before she left his office, did more for me than Peter ever did. For the more than $5000 I spent I had nothing to show for it. Peter wanted me to accept a deal where I would settle with the House GOP and in return they would “take care” of things down the road. What attorney would advise a client to do such a thing? He might be good, but I don’t know at what? Maybe vacationing on my dime!

Inconvenient and upsetting way to handle customers - to provide false information. I used their services a couple of years ago and was happy. Just recently, I called and asked about the costs. The front desk lady told me it’s $300 for 2 hours of consultation and $200 if the consult runs up to an hour. I called back and made an appointment, when I was told that they “might choose to bill me at an hourly rate of $250 an hour”. They called me back and said it’s $250 an hour. Why give different prices then?! Extremely inconvenient!!! Don’t recommend this firm and not coming back

I had started the process of grandparents rights years ago, I had a Prior Attorney who when I went to see her, she gave me hope , hope that I would be able to Intervene , My son and his ex girlfriend were separated for more than 6 months so we had a case, I had to call that attorney all the time, she just sat on my case and then I get a phone call from her stating the Supreme Court found that Unconstitutional so she took it to court and I lost the case because that was taken off the table , I was so frustrated, so sad because that attorney just didn't care, she let my grandson down. I got myself together, got on the computer and looked for other attorney's , I came across Peter Russo, when I called to set up the consultation with an attorney who handles Family Law as this pertained to grandparents rights, I was told I would be meeting with Kara Haggerty, so when I went in the room, Megan Strait who also handles Family Law was there also. These 2 wonderful attorney's get 10 stars, they did not sugar coat anything , they were honest with me, they cared, they listened to me, I cried, they put up with me, I was just so frustrated by the time I met them because the law cannot help more. Both Kara and Megan are the best, they worked as a team , and I am forever grateful for both of them, because of Kara and Megan I am seeing my grandson on a regular basis. I don’t know how this law firm is graded this high, we hired Meghan from this law firm for custody and she literally did absolutely nothing. Opposition lawyer had her scared and it literally seemed like she was an assistant to the opposition lawyer. She does not know how to be a lawyer and should never be one. If you hire this law firm and she’s your lawyer mind as well take your money and flush it down the toilet. When the child was being neglected by her father she used that opportunity to ask for more money if we wanted her to do anything about it. You’re better off being your own lawyer
