I hired Keystone Law group for a probate case. After 2 weeks I seen my bill and was shocked! $$. I still kept them because I felt like I needed a lawyer plus my court date was around the corner. By the 2nd month, omg! I was floored when I seen my 2nd bill! $$$. They give you a description of what they do regarding your case. That is how they get paid. The details from my bill only made it worst. They will nickel and dime you. They do a lot of “Talking about your case” “How we are going to handle this case” so much of that “talking about your case” weekly adds up to $$$$. It’s like seriously!?!? Wow. My bill has a bunch of that going on and in less than 3 months my bill was little over $10k!. What did I get for that price?? Garbage. I had to fire them because I personally told them “Let’s just say I were to win this case, I will still be losing because in the end I would be owing you guys waaaaay more money! It’s not even worth it!” Cliff said “ Yes we know it’s a lot of money. It’s only a lot in the beginning. It won’t shouldn’t be high any more “ NOT TRUE. The bill kept adding up. I wanted nothing to do with them any more. Blood suckers. I quickly paid them only because I wanted no more ties with them. I was super afraid of getting charged more money. I would not even give them 1 star. I felt like I was victimized twice. 1 because of my case and 2 because of my bill. The details of what they did alone only made me upset. Please be careful. They also like to put more than 1 lawyer for your case. DONT! If you must hire them ONLY stick with one. 3 lawyers for your case can cost you a load of money. Example: 3 lawyers talking for 20 minutes about yourself case equals hundreds of dollars. I will be posting pictures soon of my bill to give you a visual of all the “talk” they did. Run! Pls don’t hire them hourly. It will cost you dearly.

Was fooled by the marketing hype of them knowing probate, but after a week of reaching out they responded rejecting my case, it seems they just want basic probate administration cases, they sell you that they know what they are doing but it’s a scam. If you have stupid money go ahead throw it away.

Horrible, horrible horrible. Caught em in a big fat ego-centric LIE and FIRED them. Very unprofessional & haven't a CLUE what they're (SUPPOSED TO BE) doing, other than bleeding their clients to death with unrequested redundancies. Ineffectual, inadequate, unskilled and ultimately undesirable to keep supporting this no-action excuse for a business. I even got some money back, but let them keep too much to teach myself a lesson. Note to self- if you get the LEAST BAD FEELING, go elsewhere, and FAST. It was a bad feeling the whole time I was shoveling money at them. Time is money for us peons too. They'll waste both.

I had done a bit of my own research and scouted around 10 separate probate groups before finding Keystone.. Very happy I went with Shawn Kerendian and his firm. Professional, responsive, vigilant, understanding, knowledgeable and experienced are just a few words I would highlight to describe my overall yearlong experience there. I was very up front with my needs and expectations because of complications in my case and family. It was handled well. Above all, Roee made it extremely easy— smooth sailing. The absolute worst law firm I have ever dealt with, I find it mind boggling how they have a perfect 5 star score, as if the entire office sat down to write reviews on themselves, weird, no? Reality is, their way of conducting business is borderline unethically at best. Be thorough when reading your bill, $500 an hour, lol, you heard it right, $500.00 per hour. The balls!

Estate Litigation Heroes… Keystone especially Steve Urenda, and Joshua Taylor, defended my case, which was difficult. I was out of the country and they took my case on. This was a serious estate litigation. Mr Urenda kept in contact with me, very articulate with my case, and educated me along the way. My case was difficult as the person who was Head of the Estate for my mother while she was alive and after she had passed away had committed egregious-improprieties of her fiduciary duty in every way possible. Results, results, results! Keystone gave me the results I’d been praying for! Verlan managed to accomplish what so many probate attorneys had told me could not be done. I was a victim of elderly financial abuse by my own son. He had placed all the assets I’d worked hard for all my life into an irrevocable trust, and named himself as the trustee. My notarized signature was on the document and my signing it was witnessed by an attorney. My son, who I’d put through medical school, was about to spend my entire life savings and sell my house. I had given him the legal authority to do so. He was challenging my ability to think for myself and retain legal counsel. He was playing dirty. I was lucky to have Verlan on my side. She really fought for me and eventually got the judge to void the document. Believe me when I say there is not a case Verlan can’t win. It was a contentious battle, but she did anything and everything she could do within the limits of the law to get me the outcome I wanted.
