I can only speak of our experience as everyone else's case/circumstances may differ from ours. I was not paid, nor asked by the law firm, to complete this review. We hired this attorney, and its law firm (Robert Brown LLC), to assist us in the immigration process for my mother who was seeking Legal Permanent Residence even though she had undocumented status within the country at the time of application. We felt very comfortable and confident with the process as every single step was outlined during the initial consultation and were told what to realistically expect (Was nice for them to use the consultation fee as payment credit when it came to hiring them). Their prices are fair and even have a payment plan. Hands down Katey and Kristen are the best legal assistant out there. They were patient, knowledgeable, and timely with their email/phone calls. Thank you Kristen and Katey! Comforting to know they update you along the way, and the fact that they take charge in contacting USCIS with any discrepancies on the receipts / letters by USCIS. The total process, from initial USCIS application to my mother receiving her LPR card, was a bit under 6 months. She was not even required to attend a USCIS interview, and i'm sure a lot has to do with the fact that all necessary documentation was provided timely to immigration thanks to the guidance of Rishi and the Robert Brown LLC firm.

We hired this firm for our marriage-based Adjustment of Status of filing. I was about to apply for my second GC and asked my friend for recommendation of a lawyer. She recommended Rishi Oza (Robert Brown LLC). I was hesitant at first, but as soon as I spoke with them I decided to hire them for my case. This was the best decision I have ever made in this regard!!! They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. I had a busy schedule, so I could not meet with them in person. However, their response time was minimal. I usually got an answer to my questions or a follow up within an hour or 2 (during business days). They prepared everything and gave me straight -forward directions as to what to provide. I had heard that it usually takes about 6 months to 1 year to receive your second green card, but not with Rishi Oza and Robert Brown LLC (Big THANKS to Kristin and Elizabeth- You guys ROCK!!!) My case seemed fairly straight forward and I thought i could've filed it myself but im glad i decided to file through them. They saved me a lot of time, effort and potential complications from not sending appropriate documentation with the petition. Rishi was very responsive, professional and an excellent source of information. I would highly recommend using them as your immigration attorney even if you case is not complicated. 4 stars instead of 5 because they do collect a lot of documentation/information with things like your social security numbers, passport numbers etc, over insecure email which made me a little uncomfortable. Would be near perfect score if they have the facility to upload documents on a secure server or through secure email.
