If I had a choice this law firm wouldn’t get one star from me! They are VERY unprofessional and do not hold up to their word at all!! They had my workers compensation case for 4 months now just for me to find out by calling them that they’ve withdrew from my case with no explanations. These 4 months have been so hard every time I wanted or needed an update I would have to call the office they never communicated with me unless I called first. And when I called I always caught a vibe that they seemed to not want to be bothered with me! Rosa is a liar she feed you a load of lies just to get you off the phone her conversations with me never lasted any longer than 1 min. I felt like every time I called she would tell the front desk to pass me to someone else and that someone else would be Alex who is also rude as well. The made one attempt to look for my employers workers comp and bc they could not locate it, they left me waiting for months. Every time I called they would give me the run around!!! W lies and fake information. The paralegal is extremely unprofessional at responding to emails and/or calls. When you do get her she cuts you off and promises to call you back in minutes w no avail. I needed to go see a doctor and they told Me not too. They said I needed to go at a later date even though I’ve been in excruciating pain!!!! Every time I would call, they would give me different reasons for not being able to help. INCOMPETENT is the only word I can think of to describe their firm. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

It's kind of like ambulance chasing. Go to chiropractor and then boom you speak to Bader Scott lawyer and he guarantees he will get you something. They never return phone calls you have to call them. Different people every time handling your case. A whole year and then you come up with no insurance. This person drives a Tractor Trailer for a company. Police report taken. A good attorney knows in a month if he has a case by knowing the insurance coverage. I even ask them oh yeah good coverage. Slim Slim posted on this that's what happen in my case. When I wrote this review Mr. Bader did contact us about our case. Seem concern about what happen. Ask why would it take them a year to figure out if someone has insurance coverage. Stated he would personally look into and contact us it's been a week since Memorial weekend still have not heard anything exactly like his office. This business started off really get. Good customer service, I love the way they keep in touch with me. I just don’t like because it’s like when the case has been won . It take 30- 60 days before you can get your settlement. I do understand there are other people waiting as well. But I feel like once they get the case won then they put us on the back row and get to us when they can. I have been through so much in the pass ten months and this money will help me get my self together with dr appointment, bill and etc. My attorney has been great all til the end I feel like he’s pushing me to the back.
