I used this company in Invermere, B.C. when I sold my townhouse. I had to constantly follow up to make sure things were being done as there was next to no correspondence. Jonathan Sievenpiper was the lawyer but of course his paralegal did most of the work. While she was pleasant enough she totally dropped the ball in paying out my mortgage! After checking with my mortgage company they said they never received the payout! Rockies Law completely forgot and then tried to charge me the interest for being late with the payment! I DO NOT recommend them at all! Speaking with other clients of theirs in Invermere they too have expressed disappointment with them. Very unprofessional! Made me feel like they were doing me a favour by paying for their own mistake! No discount on the overall fee either after I did most of their work for them! How brutal when serving such a small community?! Stay far away!
