This review is to heap praise where it is due and assist others in making a decision. Fortunately I accepted a referral from the Mortgage expert at my bank. Many more than 5 gold stars for Hans Urdalh, and Asst. Dawn and all the staff. On my behalf Mr. Urdalh managed an ICBC claim to a successful completion. I had realistic expectations when I began this journey; my expectations were greatly surpassed by Mr. Urdalh's performance. Mr. Urdalh left no rock unturned, no avenue unexplored and always performed with style and grace. I was always presented with kindness, courtesy and respect. Whenever I reached out I received a prompt response. I always enjoyed Hans Urdalh's intellect and wonderful dry sense of humour. Short but helpful story for those that think they can negotiate with ICBC themselves (far too rocky a road to travel alone!): a year prior to my accident - a friend had the same accident at the same intersection (intersection with highest crash rates in the city) involving almost identical injuries. The settlement that I received was slightly less than two and a half times larger than her settlement. This is value for money: "Lawyers Rock" especially Mr. H. Urdalh. I don't know how they stay in business: unskilled & lazy. Front desk legal assistant is very forgetful & should have retired years ago.Legal team unorganized & made several mistakes. Arrogant & refused to correct. Costly mistake going to them. They don't have a clue on how to perform the simplest of tasks. Nothing but a hassle, waste of time & money.
