Was confused & needed help, so I called Holland & Co. I had a meeting, paid a fee & left with an understanding to call when I had received the final document I needed. When I called back, I was told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't be helping me, but they would be keeping my fee. Why not just tell me that at the beginning? Really unhelpful and wouldn't recommend. Way to take advantage of a single mom.

4 Just moved to the area and wanted to support local business, consequently chose this firm. I needed an offer written up for some property and have it emailed to customer., was told at my first visit the it would cost $499.00, but would have to leave a deposit of $1000.00, so I did this as time was of an essence.. The second visit with my wife to signed the documents was told again that the charge would be $499.00. The deal fell through and then requested the refund for the difference. Called twice and last call was told by staff member that they spent a lot of time on this file and would cost a lot more., then was hung up on. A week later they emailed me their bill, it came out to exactly $1000.00. I have bought a number of homes and paid under a $1000.00 for the total transaction. We fell that we have be taken advantage of..
