Shockingly poor communication. The work got done in the end, but responded only to two of my six emails over many months. Simple questions of whether any further documentation is required, next steps to be taken, or how to get money back from a claimable item go unanswered for weeks if ever answered at all. Made for the stress of buying a first home during a pandemic and spiking prices worse than it needed to be.

Last-minute rescheduling of appointments, unorganized, pompous, rude. Made judgements on important paperwork without asking for direction and seemed annoyed when asked to make the necessary changes. Made pretty substantial errors and shifted blame instead of taking responsibility. I would not trust them to get things done properly. If you're not confident you can double check their work and ensure its done correctly go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed when I visited Daryl’s office to find his receptionist, without a mask or any other kind of PPE. When I mentioned this to Daryl he told me they gave her the “choice” as she had some issues with masks. Upon my second visit there were now two receptionists not wearing masks and no other forms of protective barriers in place. If in fact they both have medical reasons why they can’t wear masks (which I highly doubt) there are alternatives such as plastic face shields, plexiglass barriers etc. I am shocked that a professional office such as this is operating during a worldwide pandemic, with no regard for public safety! As a person who is deemed high risk for COVID-19, I am outraged at this dangerous behaviour. I will NOT be back to Daryl Robbins office and encourage others to look elsewhere for safe and effective representation!!
