One Star because they exists and are highly needed One Star because the women had a decent attitude. Honestly barely want to give them two stars. It took over a year to get a file for an ODSP Appeal sent from Cornwall to Perth. The most recent phone conversation the women in Cornwall litterally did not know how to send files. This clinic needs to be shipped into shape. People are suffering due to the lack of basic knowledge of the clinic with the staff. Things are taking months that should be done in weeks. If your staff simply can't figure out how to send a file from one county to another when someone moves - either some new training needs to be implacable asap or someone hired who does have the basic desk work knowledge.
