do not use these people they will not help you unless you are a POC or an indigenous person these are the true fact if you have ran in to this like I have call the human rights and they will help you with this either get you money and or have them charged to if you have ran into this make sure you call human rights its the only way white people will get back to being equal I have a recording of this just need to up load it and the link will be here soon

Overstuffed with clientele. Luring clients in with subtle scare tactics. Compromising quality representation for financial gain. Someone has to pay for the spectacular view they enjoy from their up-scale digs. As such, it's impossible to reach the lawyers. They may call back after a few weeks if you pester the staff long enough, or more likely simply hand down a glib message to effectively brush you off. Their policy of no email correspondence grossly favours the landlords who can interact with the lawyers effortlessly at any time and are instantly rewarded. As if landlords didn't have enough of an advantage. Something smells tainted here. Better off representing yourself if you can't afford proper counsel. This office needs to seriously rethink their entire philosophy and approach.

Well I have been on and off ontario works all my life. I've had 20 diffcase workers in this time. For the last 2 years Martha has been amazballs. But suddenly I have a rookie case worker. I moved down 3 floors then gave her a hand written letter from the person I am renting from. But because my name isnt on the lease from the buildings owners I am now staying there illegally. I called her supervisor and she is just as numb. Yes numb not dumb. So now I have to use legal aid.

WOW incompetent! Cannot defend people at a Social Justice Tribunal, handed relevant and complete evidence that would complete and win his case yet refuse to use it. Are these people getting paid to lose for the poor? Can I give less than a star?

Unless you are desperately poor they are of no help. The ones who can use their services would be living on the street by today's standards and cost of living.The amount that qualifies you is below any quality of living. This service is unavailable to anyone that makes over $17,000
