I booked a meeting online to be a new client, they decided to cancel my appointment for no reason - I had to call them and ask why. They proceeded to tell me that they are looking into it (October 11th) and will give me a call back with a new meeting time by October 15th. I haven't herd anything from them since. I even left a friendly reminder voice mail on the 18th and I'm still without any information. Terrible organization and customer service skills. Will be looking elsewhere at this point.
