This firm is amazing. Great communication and great results. Mr. Vitale went out of his way on many occasions with my legal issue. He spelled out options and held our hands throughout the process. He really made sure we understand the steps of the process and made sure we were two steps ahead at all times. Ms. Maggie is a blessing. She was able to answer a lot of my questions immediately and responded to 100% of my emails. I would highly recommend Vitale & Associates to anyone needing an aggressive, yet fair, attorney with proven results. The firm cares deeply for their community and their people. My only regret... I wish I would have hired them early on in my situation as they showed, and proved, a much easier (less painful) way to get things done without the unneeded collateral damage.

Warning stay away from this law firm he is a crook he will take your money and walk away in the middle of your case do not go to him no matter what your case is you're better off with a court appointed attorney or going through on your own that's how horrible he is as an attorney. Do not hire him save your money save yourself

I wish I would have gone with ANY one besides this law office. They are absolutely terrible. The lack of communication and common courtesy of simply returning phone calls is the worst I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. He claims he is more expensive because of his client service. Well he provides none. Claims he returns calls within 24 hours. I waited 2 weeks to even get him to answer a SIMPLE question. He was 30 minutes late to court, which was first thing in the morning. So the excuse of "the last hearing went over" was not even plausible. The list could go on forever. STILL WAITING ON A RETURN PHONE CALL REGUARDING MY ACCOUNT.
