This man is the BEST attorney anyone could ever ask to find! He is compassionate, patient, reasonable, insightful, and not afraid to take on the most difficult or nastiest cases. With bankruptcy, people have the option to fight discharging the debt bc of “fraud.” Some people will sink to unscrupulous lows, even when others are at their worst points in life. My life has been hell. I’ve had to fight a horrible illness, restart my life all over again and through all of this I had to spend the last 3 years fighting swine. These people are pros at manipulating the system. There were attorneys that wouldn’t touch my case with a 10-ft pole, but Charles did, and he legit crucified them!! There were attorneys that told me that I wouldn’t have a chance against these career liars and their high-priced attorney. In the end, they looked dumb! They were unable to prove even one of the four criteria points that they needed to. Finally, because of Charles I can finally put this nightmare to rest. I would spend a million bucks on Charles (if I had it lol). He’s worth every cent, and he’s a nice guy too. He’s not arrogant or self-rucheous. He’s a real person and I think that, is what makes him great!!!

Update: one yr later, there was an issue with our bankruptcy, no wrong doing on Charles end. However, Charles took care of things and I feel the outcome was positive due to his caring about his clients. I won't go into details, but he seriously went above n beyond. You certainly will be taken care of. Thank you Again Charles. I hope you know how much it all meant to us during this time. Charles was so helpful to my husband and I. He had patience with us, treated us with respect. I highly recommend.
