I phoned to ask advice regarding a real estate deal. He referred me to another lawyer. I did not find him rude, he was very helpful. I asked if he wanted to bill me for a phone consultation and he declined.

I live in the area always support local business owners. This was the first person I called trying to seek assistance with a real estate close. He is incredibly rude, spoke over top of me and wouldn't let me explain myself. Lawyers fees plus disbursment, land transfer etc are all approx the same no matter where you go. I was hoping to keep our money local but because this man was so ignorant we'll be using a bigger firm in London.

DO NOT SEE THIS MAN!!! Most obnoxious individual I have interacted with in Dutton. I asked if I could get a document notarized, and he was unclear with whether he was charging $20 or $40. It was 1 document requiring 2 signatures, and I didn't want to pay double. When I repeatedly asked for clarification, he smugly questioned if money was an issue, and then suggested I go see someone else if I'm too poor for his services. He treated me as if I was a scumbag for asking whether it was $20 or $40. I am amazed such an unpleasant person is able to keep his head above water.
