My son went through a difficult divorce, and to be honest, he was a hot mess when my husband took him to Randall. I'm sure Randall had better things to do, but he took the time to work with my son, advise him, encourage him and help him to understand the system, so that in the future, he could handle much of his legal needs himself with Friend of the Court. When they said he needed counseling, Randall recommended an excellent counselor who really helped him understand why he was responding to things the way he did. We have seen how that encouragement helped him get his feet under him and helped him take the reins of his life again. I think my son thinks of Randall now as a friend as well as an excellent attorney.

From the first phone call setting up the appointment, to the eventual meeting of Randy, everyone was super nice. He listened to my story and gave me honest and true advise. Although I did not end up needing to hire a lawyer at this time, he did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. I am, however, left wishing I had met him 9 years ago when I was starting my divorce journey. I doubt I'd be in the situation I am in now. Very expensive. I was disappointed with our outcome....especially for what we got charged. Yes it was your office who represented us (Laura Pollozzi who was a partner there at the time) I did a lot of the paperwork etc & then got charged for hours & hours for an assistant to re-do everything I'd done. I think a better outcome could have come out of it but we ran out of $. It was ridiculous.

Divorce and post divorce dealing with civilian & military retirement funds and minor child custody & visitation. I am sure you have heard the old joke: What do you call a 1000 lawyers at the bottom of lake St Clair? A good start. Well I am glad that Randy is not a part of that group.
