Due to real estate sales and other issues, I had have interactions with several attorneys over the past 6 years. Mr. Aloia is by far the best attorney I have worked with. The land contract issue was ongoing and stressful but Ben told me it was his job to stress for me and he was patient about explaining the process. I was guarded when he first became involved but the impact he had made me realize Ben was the best person to help with the forfeiture and subsequent closing of the property.
