Though obviously very busy, Me Ginzburg took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. He is competent and has good relationships with the people at the Municipal Court. He was able to get me the most pragmatic and reasonnable outcome I could hope for. I think I was expecting something out of a movie, where the lawyer tells you exactly what clothes to wear, how to smile, how much eye contact to make with the judge and how loud to speak, but obviously none of that stuff matters unless you're on trial for murder (which I wasn't). The whole thing was very proceedural and un-dramatic in the end, and Me Ginzburg did a great job of helping me navigate through this completely foreign world that is the Justice System.

Hired Ginzburg to take care of a ten year old outstanding DUI. He took the money, offered zero results, and tried to charge me more money to pass the case off to another lawyer after assuring me he could handle it. I found a different lawyer and they had the case settled in under a day. Ginzburg strung it out for weeks/months and kept fishing for more money. I contacted him BEFORE the other lawyer (again) to see if he could sort it out. By the time he even replied to me, the other lawyer had the situation handled. Ginzburg also told me he would be available by phone when I crossed the border back into Canada knowing that the old DUI would be an issue. He wasn’t available after specifically said he would be. I spent hours held at the border and missed my connecting flight due to his lies. Than, he was rude to me saying he deserved MORE money! Ginzburg is a con-artist and a thief. Avoid at all costs.

When I first came across Adam Ginzburg’s profile online I wasn’t sure what to expect with it not being a direct reference given to me. I took a chance setting up an initial meeting where I met Adam at his office conveniently located across from the Palais de Justice in downtown Montreal. Adam was very compassionate to my case however he did explain to me that only being a lawyer for a few years he would need to do the proper research before advising me of the potential options and outcomes of my case. He was able to give me some emmidiate possible outcomes in that first meeting. In my second meeting with Adam he did explain to me the potential outcomes which at the time did not seem to be in my favour. Being very transparent Adam did inform me that he could dig deeper by reaching out to his colleagues and mentors in the same field. Adam clearly built some solid relationships with other seasoned lawyers in the criminal defence field as it didn’t take him long to bring in another professional who had over 25 years of experience with cases similar to mine. It only took one additional meeting with Adam and his colleague to lay out my options. Without any of my involvement negotiations were made and my next hearing was set. We appeared in front of the judge where the crown prosecutor agreed to grant me an unconditional discharge. My charges were dropped and now I can go in with my life without any criminal record. My case started almost three years ago and I went through a few other lawyers before finding Adam. My entire case was resolved within 2 months. No matter what kind of trouble you've found yourself in- don't think twice- give Adam Ginzburg a call as soon as possible!!! THIS IS YOUR GUY! Getting into legal trouble is always scary, and even more so when you're an international student. Last November, I was in a messy situation and my admissibility to Canada was on the line. I had no idea what to do. I was calling lawyers everywhere in the city, kept going to voicemail or was being charged ridiculous amounts for a consultation. Then I called Adam, and I got really really lucky.. Adam isn't your typical lawyer. He genuinely cares about helping people, and it really shows when you talk to him. He is honest, upfront, kind and not the least bit pushy about payments!! He listened to me patiently without judgment, he told me exactly what my options were, and on my very first consultation- he predicted the exact outcome of my case with 100% accuracy. In the first few weeks since the start of my case, I was very anxious and crippled by fear and uncertainty, I couldn't focus on my studies. I called Adam in the middle of the day and he listened patiently, gave me the best possible advice, and put my mind to ease. From then on, I took a back seat and was completely relaxed. With Adam as your legal representative, you can completely outsource all your troubles. He always responds to emails, promptly returns calls, gives you all the updates and gets things done FAST!! For a case like mine, it can take up to a year to be fully resolved (based on what other lawyers have said). Adam completely resolved my case within 3 MONTHS! My charges were completely withdrawn, I walked away with no record, no conditions, NO CASE! Adam has been a GODSEND. (And if you are short on money like I was, Adam will trust you and give you the time you need to make payments- I ended up paying only half of what I thought I would owe because he will never over charge you!!)
