Took advantage of first time home buyers for their lawyer fees - targeting Craig Berryman. It is such a disappointment as most realtors in the HRM are recommending this firm. However, there was nothing short of a worse experience with them. It’s one thing to take advantage of first time buyers let alone to double the fees?? Shame on you. A first experience should be the best and that’s how you build return clients and a good name for yourself. Especially in a constantly growing market and city.
