I have no negative comments to say about this law firm. We began our PR application a little over a year ago, during the middle of the pandemic, but regardless of the Covid fiasco, the firm was always available for our questions. More specifically Mrs. Jasmine Tan. She was always very quick to reply to our emails whenever we had questions or concerns, and very patient as well. I couldn't have asked for a better case manager to follow our case. I will definitely be recommending the firm to friends and family who need an immigration lawyer. I went to this office because I was told they conduct free consultations. I called and got an appointment. When I showed up at the office I was told to wait and I did so for around 30 minutes. No one cared to apologize for the delay or to tell me what was going on.I simply walked out of there and no one even seemed to care whether I was there or not. I am not so sure as to why they have "free consultations" since they fail to even abide by the appointments they give to their potential clients. It truly felt like they did not want me to stay solely based on the fact that my appointment was "a free consultation". It is not ok to humiliate people because you have promised a "free consultation". You could probably cancel the "free consultations" all together rather than humiliate people. Needless to say, such a strategy is not very effective in luring in customers. After all, how can I trust you with my case if you can't even keep a promise for a simple appointment? I was prepared to pay for my case. You have lost a potential customer who will consider the services of a more reliable and respectful office.
