Caveat Emptor! She was not up front about consultation fees when we booked appointment. She forced useless photocopies on us that she said were included in the consultation, only to later charge. Lots of talk with little content. Questionable billing practices, consultation fee increased by 35% over the 2 invoices. Her customer service and communications are unprofessional. Only one star as 0 is not available.
