Paquette & Travers failed to check water bill before and after house was sold. The water bill is attached to property, where water Company will then get money from city and the bill goes on your taxes. Paquette & Travers never checked to see that it was 3 months behind for $364.57. I have contacted them, was told that I was sent a check by owner, and never received anything. Called them back, talk to them about this. I also paid for title insurance which is to fix this. What does a guy have to do to fix this? My father’s house will not be handled by these people. We used these guys during the sale and purchase of our old and new homes. Their service was excellent, everything was explained in detail and questions were encouraged. After closing, we found the old owners removed a newer model thermostat from the wall and replaced it with an older lower end thermostat. We didn’t know if our lawyers could do anything about this but we called and asked. They got us back the thermostat we wanted in no time. For peace of mind, I would go with them again. Rhonda, was also a great help in directing questions and concerns along the way
