My husband and I sold our house to a client of Mr Fletcher. They wanted an encroachment agreement with the neighbors about a fence and with held $1500. Fine. That was 9.5mths ago. Emails and calls not returned to our lawyer. Insistence that they do the paperwork. Now 9.5 mths later the send us the paperwork in northern alberta with no signatures!!! Our money is still being held and after all this wait we have to contact the neighbors in Calgary to get signatures when we offered to do it all ourselves in the beginnning. This lawyer is irresponsible unprofessional and in general a hack.

We did a home purchase with them in June and still have yet to receive our funds, In response to your reply: 6wks to hear back from an email is unacceptable business practice.

Awesome Law Firm! I was not a great fan of anything having to deal with Legal and try to avoid them if at all possible. Due to circumstances that required legal advise and engagement of a legal representative , I checked several reviews and also contacted legal firms.Due to Covid-19, I was only able to start the process via emails. A couple of responses I received after I detailed my requirement involved long protracted processes involving huge expenses. John Fletcher from the start came back to me in plain language without the legal mumbo jumbo, with a firm price quote for doing the work, and this was all before I even met the man! Based on that, I met John during the lockdown by appointment and immediately felt at ease and reassured that he would and could help me. Thanks to him and his assistant Marta Ztdek, my legal was resolved one month ahead of the time that he advised me that it would take and also at the cost that he had quoted me. Most important was the fact that he was down to earth and explained the situation and the process in plain language that I could understand and follow. I would have no hesitation on using this firm again for all of my legal needs and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Marta and John.
