Overall I am satisfied with the service X-Copper has provided me as they were able to get my ticket dropped and saving me from paying a $500+ ticket as well as saved me from getting any demerit points. Would’ve rated 5 stars but there would be months where I did not hear from because nothing was happening with me ticket but even a friendly update to let me know that they’re still fighting for me would’ve given me a better piece of mind during the process as I did not know what was going on or why it was taking so long. But at the end of the day the ticket was dropped and I didn’t have to show up to court or pled a case.

After receiving a ticket for an accident, that I felt was not warranted since I was not the one speeding on a dark and very rainy night. I went to X-Copper due to the recommendation from a couple of friends who had used their services before with excellent results. When I first went to X-Copper I spoke with Jody Thrift who explained what the ticket meant, asked questions to get all the details and what results I expected. Megan Autorino, was the one who took my case and spoke with the prosecutor on more than one occasion and continued to work on my behalf to have the charge reduced and no points put against my licence. So I’m a little late writing this review as I used them in 2017 for driving with a suspended licenses and headlight out ticket. Anyways they were absolutely amazing!!!! The case went on for a few months but I did not once have to attend court. That meant no missing work, no having to find a babysitter. When it finally came down to it they got the charges dropped and the suspended licenses down to just driving without my actual card on me. I could not be anymore grateful! As a single mom I could not afford to get that charge and have my license suspended even further. I had made a dumb mistake and would never do it again, but X COPPER Cambridge location went above and beyond!!! I would give them 100 stars outta 10 if I could! Sorry this review is so late but still to this day I recommend them to everyone.

I was looking at 3 points and a hefty fine, X-Copper on Stevenson Rd. in Oshawa found a discrepancy in the Officers paper work that me and my fiancé had missed ourselves and the charge was withdrawn by the crown. I would highly highly recommend using them, they saved me from a huge insurance increase and kept my license free of points. A massive thank you to the whole team at X Copper! This is a gigantic waste on money. Megan who works there treats you horribly. I went to court and watched them plead guilty to absolutely every single case. They have no report with the court officials either - its almost like the court is annoyed with them. I had to plead guilty to something I didn't do because if we fought it the impact was rediculous. We did not get one concession from the court. The whole experience was terrible. Email communication is cryptic. There were no "ex cops" and no lawyers as the advertise.

I went in for a traffic ticket for careless driving in the Fall (barely bumped into another car in rainy weather). X-Copper and their staff were very professional through the whole process! Unfortunately they did not do anything for me wasted $350.00+ and they did not do any fighting for me. They took the early resolution without actually pushing for trail. When I asked them what happened I was told there was no choice and that the officer was there. Frankly in the early resolution the cop is never there, it is a negotiation with the prosecutor. This is in the write up the court sends to you. In many years of business where I have used paralegals I have never had one fail me so badly. Considering all the options they had essentially they took the money and went on the easiest path. So my advice is to find someone else to do the work for you.

I should be clear that they did take on my case and were able to get my fine reduced though not to get my points back... this however was not their fault... I was notified by email as to the progress of my case but had no further voice contact with the office after hiring them.

I would never use them again. About 3 years ago I was pulled over for "Running a red". It was not red, it was 3 points and a $325 fine. I desperately needed knock down the points. I went to X-Copper, told them what happened and they assured me it shouldn't be an issue. I'd just have to pay $400 and all would be good. So I did. Their communication with me was limited and rushed. They never informed me of any plan and pretty much just told me to show up at the court. So I did. When I get there, some dude I'd never seen greeted me and told me he'd be representing me. We talked, and the "Best he could do" was lower the fine to $100. I was still being hit with 3 points, the amount I needed reduced. He then went into the court with me and basically told the judge I was couch surfing (I wasn't) and extremely poor and couldn't a ford the ticket. They lowered it to $100 and three points. In total, I paid $175 more to have X-Copper represent me than if I just didn't fight it. Never again would I ever consider X-Copper. If anyone mentioned them, I'd recommend against it.

When I got my 3rd ticket as a G2 driver, and it happened in Guelph. In Guelph they don't reduce a ticket at all if your a G2 driver with previous ticket, and I had 3 and on top of it it was for 43km over. I was super anxious, going into things already expecting the worst which was a license suspension for 30 days which meant insurance I couldn't afford. Fortunately Christina was able to help me, She got it down from 43 to 29kms over. I am so grateful! I would definitely recommend her!

The first time I ended up paying them almost 300 dollars to pay 100 dollars less than what my ticket is... so I ended up paying two hundred dollars more than what I'm was supposed to initially. The second case I ended up paying more and getting the full demerit points !!! I regret using their services...

It took me a long time to write this review, I was very frustrated-still am of the results. I have never had any tickets in my 20+ years of driving. NONE. I received one last year, I understand that it was considered a serious offense, but considering the way it happened, I did deserve to get less demerit points. I was told not to say anything and follow 'the lead' of the x-copper. It was my VERY FIRST TIME at a court! and I had no idea what to do. The gentleman supposed to be helping me, showed up late, leaving me waiting , anxious and confused. When I think back, it would have been more professional to have put some time before the court day with me and go through things, I could have explained things much better and increase my chance. I was charged $678 for NOTHING. In the end ,I was told the judge was very strict and very consistent in these cases. Well, that would have been more helpful if I knew about this before paying $$$.

My son was involved in a serious car accident this past Feb. and charged with careless driving. We had heard about xcopper and thought we would give it a shot.....Boy are we glad we did. We dealt with Tom Walton and he was great. He met with the prosecution 5 different times to try and get the charges reduced......he basically got the careless driving thrown out along with the 6 points that came with it and the year probation....my son was charged with a lesser charge of illegal lane change and 3 points. Thank you Tom for all your hard work in getting Scott's careless driving charge thrown out.. Amazing experience with X-Copper and specifically Alyssa Henderson. Would hire them again in a second. I had a disobey lane light ticket that I did not want showing up on my record. On my initial trial date, Alyssa went to court for me, but since she could not withdraw the ticket, the trial was rescheduled to a later date. I was asked to attend this time with Alyssa, so she could use my side of the story in the trial. Today was the trial date and my ticket was withdrawn by the Judge. Even if we couldn't have done anything about the ticket, just having Alyssa there to represent me was a huge relief and burden off my shoulders. Two thumbs up!

These people try to scare you like the cops, and charge a fortune!!! In reality the courts are pretty forgiving and not the tyrants these people are. They told me I was doomed unless I used them. Not only did they NOT get ANY demerit points off for me, I still had to pay a large fine. PLUS 400 To X-COPPER. I had to pay the same money I would have to begin with, PLUS more to X-copper. to get the same results. X-COPPER i am very disappointed, and do not recommend anyone wasting their money or time just to get ripped off.
