One of the least professional experiences I have ever had. Milad and his secretary, Penny, were completely disorganized and had very poor communication skills. We went to Milad for a mortgage refinance. First, when following up to see if they got the papers needed from the bank. Penny said she would call us back to let us know, but never did. When they finally confirmed that the papers did arrive, and we came into their office, they were disorganized, and did not know if we needed to sign certain documents. Then, after we left, they contacted us for additional documentation that we could have brought with us earlier if they were organized and let us know what they needed. They then asked us to provide information we had already provided and to confirm things we had already confirmed. Then Penny sent us important mortgage and legal documents with no text in the body of her email, which just left us scratching our heads as to what was going on. I couldn't belief the lack of professionalism. Lastly, they mailed the check to us after we discussed wanting to pick it up as soon as possible. We noted our displeasure with their professionalism to Milad and Penny, and what they decided to do was just ignore us and become less communicative. Again, one of the least professional professionals I have ever dealt with.

After suffering a debilitating arm injury at work, and dealing with the usual antics that the majority of employees encounter with insurance companies, my case was closed without reasonable cause and my payments were ceased.
