Today I met Peter Cass to discuss a real estate situation I'm in. Peter was very easy going and listened to my issues, reviewed my contract and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Within half an hour he understood exactly what was happening and recommended that I needed a Civil and Estate Litigation Lawyer to handle my situation. While at the same time offering a helpful suggestion on how to handle the real estate portion of the case. I would highly recommend Peter Cass for any real estate issue. At the end, Peter waved his fees since he realized that he wasn’t the appropriate lawyer for the issue.

Recently I was in need of a law firm to assist in navigating a relatively complex Corporate shares transfer/sale between a Corporation in Canada and myself residing in the USA. I contacted Cass & Bishop and on the very first call was able to speak with attorney Jeunguk (Jennifer) Choi. Attorney Choi listened attentively to the details of my situation and immediately provided me with a forward plan. I was uplifted by my initial contact with attorney Choi as she spoke with such confidence and in a professional manner. Over the next several days, and throughout the entire sequence of events (including a weekend) from the first call to the final resolution of my matter, attorney Choi kept in constant communication with me, apprising me of the developments and providing me with the legal direction I needed. In the end, the matter was resolved to my complete and total satisfaction. Moreover, the fees that were assessed by Cass & Bishop for my case were very reasonable considering they could easily have embellished the legal fees seeing that I was not a local but rather a resident of the USA. I recommend the law firm of Cass & Bishop without reservation, and in particular attorney Choi for all matters relating to transfer and sale of corporate ownership of stocks and shares including matters that transcend international borders.
