It is always amazing to me that an otherwise highly recommended firm such as yours have employees that can make you feel like just a number and be told when asked why it's taken long to get me the draft of a very uncomplicated will that "we have a lot of clients". Your emplyee asked me if he should come into the office even when sick, was rude and unprofessional. I was going to recommend this firm to a friend but that is obviously not necessary as you have enough... Your staff need to make a client feel good about using your firm. Very disappointed.

They are different than what I am used to, in providing a fixed fee structure for any work being considered - a welcome change from my past experience elsewhere of ending up paying substantially more than I was led to believe at engagement.
