My son used Mr. Michael P Bird for the first time to close his first real estate deal, the support team of Amanada and Charollette were very thorough, to ensure all paper work was done and ready for closing Day! Mr. Bird when it came to signing on the dotted line took his time to explain on the legal aspect's of what in fact was taking place, in terms my son could understand. I, personally, did not have a great experience with this firm for the closing of my first house. I had sent my required documents as requested a few weeks before my date of closing. On the day of closing, I was told one of my documents was not sufficient and I was left scrambling last minute and upset trying to figure something out by myself. This could have easily been avoided if my documents had been reviewed prior to closing day and I would have had ample more time to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this ruined the experience for me and would not recommend because of this.
