The lawyer from Watson Geopel called Ravi. He is really rude and unprofessional. I just want him give a company a lawyer letter that this company use my information without my approval. But Ravi don’t want to do that and give me multiple excuses. He said he can’t give the a lawyer letter because my case is already in progress. But this company was not involved in my case, it’s a different thing. I tried to explain to him but he just being rude and hand up on me. It’s look like he just wants me to hire them, he doesn’t want do any extra work besides talking in phone. Because my English is not really good, I spend 3 hours wrote an email to him to explain our situation. But he did not even reply my email. He just called me and told me he cannot do that. I recommended the LegalShield to all my friends, I thought this program is genius. But now I’m thinking this program is just a marketing. And you didn’t even want do the job is included in the package. Totally useless, I’m gonna cancel my membership. I paid it for 3 months and didn’t get any help. They don’t want to do any extra work besides talking through phone!!! NOT RECOMMENDED.

I'm an Alberta resident who was in two different MV accidents that happened in BC two years apart from each other. I retained the services of Watson Goepel after the second accident in 2016 and my cases were just settled out of court this past September in 2019. It was a lengthy and arduous process but my lawyer, Janet DeVita, was an absolute gem at staying the course and assuring me that there was light at the end of the tunnel. My case(s) were complicated, especially more so since I live in Alberta, but Watson Goepel made me feel valued as a client and went to great lengths to get me the best settlement possible. I would recommend them hands down.

I was injured in a car accident and contacted them for legal advice. During my consultation I was told a lawyer would contacted me within a week. They never did. So after a month I reached out to ask and finally the lawyer contacted me and set up a meeting. During the meeting Janet promised me she would contact the insurance company to get me some preapprovals for treatments I needed, she never did. She said she would help me look for a doctor, she never did. She said she was going to send me a bunch of forms to fill out, again she never did. TWO MONTHS later I still hadn't heard anything, or even got a "how are you" after being in a head on collision. Very poor service, uncaring and no time for clients.

I SECOND THE LAST REVIEW! Whenever you need proper advise they tell you, then when you follow up, its a different story or feed of information! I was going to use Legal Shield for some criminal aspects, but im not so sure of the experience level that they can help me out in. Especially from a different province! Save your monthly costs and just talk to a lawyer at the end of the year, all the "advise" cost you could have just paid an actual lawyer the same and already be done with the file!!! NOT WHAT IT WAS TO BE EXPECTED!
