We just got our PR after 9 years in Canada with 7 different work permits. It has been under Humanitarian & Compassion Grounds. Victor was easy & very clear since I called to him the first time. He was a little light in our dark way to the PR. He cares about people and he has been a support since day one. He is young and I liked this part as he really knows what he does. Víctor is very efficient and he always responds quick to our emails or calls. This is very important when you are very stressful about all this. A person who says that each work that he wrote in his support letter to the government means for him says a lot about the person. Victor is fabulous and a very good man. I totally recommend to work with him as he got what We couldn’t get with any lawyer in all Vancouver in 9 years. Now we are Permanent Residents! Muchas Gracias Amigo ;)

I first came across Victor in early 2019 while trying to find out if the ability to apply for a work permit and permanent residence at the same time was to be extended, as it was due to expire soon. He was the only lawyer I could find online discussing this in an article he had written. This lead me to believe that he must be extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all things immigration, and I couldn’t have been more right. The entire immigration process was extremely smooth all the way through thanks to Victor. At our first meeting he provided all of the information we needed to understand our position before continuing with our application, and summarised this in a concise email immediately after. At every stage of the application process Victor told us exactly what we had to do, and thoroughly checked over any documents we provided to make sure they were correct. Any questions we had were answered promptly every time. Victor’s knowledge, compassion and understanding always left us feeling that our future was in safe hands, and that we could relax knowing that everything was being taken care of. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to immigrate to Canada. Thanks to Victor I have now received my Canadian permanent residence and can look forward to reuniting with my wife after living in separate countries for a little over a year.
