Absolutely terrible client handling. Aman needs to train his staff better. Zainab needs to understand that it shouldn't take 7-8 months just to have basic client information gathered, and the receptionist really needs to calm down when working with the public as well both new and returning clients. I would suggest you take your time, effort, energy and case elsewhere. Aman really just sees you as another bag full of money and not an individual in sincere need of legal help.

Review for immigration lawyer: Navrattan Fateh Me & my wife are extremely satisfied. We have just recently got married in India 2017. I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is an Indian citizen. After we got married, we started looking for an immigration lawyer who could help us out with our an overseas spousal sponsorship. However none of the lawyers I met in Canada had an office in India and they were unable to assist me with the documentation required in India. Then me and my wife found out about Mr. Navratan Fateh who has satellite an office in Chandigarh (India). Navratan is an extremely efficient, knowledgeable responsive, and a very professional lawyer. Mr. Fateh has special traits the other lawyers do not which are compassion and ambition. He truly believes in his work. On top of his highest level of expertise he is also a wonderful and caring person who truly cares about his clients.He is a lawyer at Punjab & Haryana high court as well as he is member of well known a Canadian law firm SSLG in British Columbia.Mr Fateh and his legal assistant helped us out to organize our spousal application package, execute supporting affidavits in India and simultaneously me easily an access at the Canada office for signing the sponsorship application. We are relieved to find out about Mr.Fateh as he was the only registered Canadian lawyer with an office in Chandigarh (India). We were at ease after our marriage to find out about Mr. Fateh because we truly knew that we were in the absolute best hands ever an experienced Canadian immigration lawyer. I got married to my husband in 2018. My husband is on work permit and PNP approval in Canada. He had applied my permanent resident Visa and open work permit application in Canada. I got interviewed related to my open work permit at the Canadian embassy in November 2018, we both were in hope that everything would go well. But my interview was surprised to me as the officer kept saying that my marriage is not genuine. I was in tears, when my refusal letter came to me and the embassy had put a 5 year misrepresentation ban on me . Every agent and consultant told that we cannot do anything, but no one told us that we can go to Federal court of Canada. My husband and our relatives in Canada found Mr.Navratan Fateh at Sanghera Sandhar Law Group in Vancouver, and hired him to challenge my five year misrepresentation ban. I have to spent many hours at the Chandigarh office preparing our case for Federal court of Canada. Finally, after 3 months we were able to win the case and removal of my refusal and five years misrepresentation ban . This is all possible due to Mr. Fateh, Me and my husband heartly thankful to Mr.Fateh for his legal services and getting us justice from the Federal court of Canada.
