I contacted Preszler in 2017 after an MVA. It took awhile for my case to proceed with the lawyer who first handled it. That was before Jordan Mintz took over my case early this year, got things going and satisfactorily settled it before the year ended. The best thing I like about Jordan is that he is very responsive. When I emailed or called him for clarifications or questions, he responded immediately. Like if I emailed him late at night, I would receive his reply the next morning. Whenever you see injury lawyers running late night T.V ads remember they are desperately looking for easy claims that they can quickly settle. This firm only wants to take claims from clients that are 100% not at fault so they can milk it for what its worth after they deduct their fees as oppose to fighting for the clients best interest. It's a high pressure law firm with some of the least experienced lawyers looking to profit off easy claims.

I was injured and hurting (and angry), and struggling with the details of both an ICBC case AND a separate injury due to negligence on the part of a business. I called Preszler and they took care of EVERYTHING. They came to me (to my home) and handled roughly 99% of all the details and paperwork which was a God-send while I was trying to navigate medical and Physio appointments and a safe return to work.
