if you get these guys to do your claim, forget about getting any settlement . you pretty much will have to do everything yourself and they'll take the cut. I've been waiting for 2 years now, they sent my file to Diamond and Diamond, the lawyer handling my case had nothing to work with except my file number, so we needed to restart whole procedure with him. after working with for more than a year, the lawyer changed again, so we need to restart the whole thing again. it's sad but that's what it is.

If you have ICBC injury case - never go to this firm. All lawyers/assistants we were contacting with are unprofessional. It has been a few months since the accident, nobody even contacted ICBC. The settlement was ready in Nov, the assistant was told to contact ICBC and never did it. Now I spent 2 months trying to cancel the agreement, layers simply ignore my e-mails and call. They keep transferring me from one person to another without my concern. This firm is fraud, they made me even more stressed. Furthermore, their assistant LIED to me that ICBC offered the same amount twice, when nobody from the firm did not even contacted ICBC. Horrible workers, no service at all, now I am struck waiting from the firm the cancellation agreement and cannot even process my case directly with ICBC. They work together with Diamond Law and did not even tell me about it on our first meeting.
