They are good at what they do. They were professional, did proper review on my application but only little negative side was the response time from them, several times it took a week or two to respond to my queries, which frustrated me a bit, but I guess it was due to many application on CEC considering COVID situation and lot of invitation sent out by IRCC. Also later to my application they assigned Emily Lam to my case and she was really helpful and responsive. If you are going for MVSL then please request for Emily Lam. I joined MVSL in February, applied in CEC category in March, got my invitation in April, submitted documents in July and got my COPR in September.

Had a free (thank you for this) phone consultation scheduled on Wed, 12/23 with Case Manager Irfhan Rajan, B.A. Received 2-3 reminders about it to my email. After all that - NEVER received the call =( Around 2:30 PM received an email with the question about my phone (they didn't know it). I answered it the same day, later at night (I didn't notice an email at the scheduled time). Will have to reschedule my phone interview now =| So far disappointing and bad experience. PS. I had a very negative experience with this law firm when I hired them to take care of my PR application. They filed a CEC-express entry application as my representatives late 2016 and I paid $5500+tax as legal fee up front (which is in the higher end of the legal fee for this type of application). I myself followed up with the member of the parliament office to expedite the processing of my file. After 6 months of follow up my case was cancelled because my lawyers at this law firm did not include a colour copy of the police check with the application despite clear guidelines from the CIC. They did not notify me that this essential document is missing from the file after they fully reviewed and approved the file for submission. That day when I received cancellation letter on my application was the most stressful day of my stay in Canada. Just imagine how disappointed and frustrated I felt by this mistake after fully trusting this firm and paying a lot of money upfront for their services. I called the firm and asked for an explanation and they said "they received so many documents so they missed this one", no apologies and no sympathy for a client who was so hysterical and afraid to lose her status because her lawyer didn't submit an essential document despite all the guidelines in the application. I cried so much and I couldn't go back to work for days after that. My lawyer never apologized for this mistake and never accepted responsibility for it, they said they'll file again as if wasting my time was no issue! I filled another application through this firm and this time I asked them multiple times in writing and verbally to make sure the file is complete and my lawyer told me she will go over the file herself to make sure it will pass the completeness test. I was very disappointed and frustrated when I reviewed the file after their final approval, and I found major mistakes in the file including my DAD'S LAST NAME, file # of my previous applications and more! I was in a state of shock and disbelief by this situation! Still to this day I can not understand how my representative made such errors?! All these errors put me through so much mental pressure and stress that I couldn't live a normal life. I had to go through several counseling sessions and spend over $1500 on therapy to be able to manage my anxiety. I continued following up my case through the member of parliament office. I Finally got my PR in May 2018. My lawyer delayed notifying me about the acceptance of my file. My lawyer was the primary contact on the file and she received the good news on Friday afternoon but they sent me the information the week after knowing that I only have 30 days to land. I never forget that weekend when I was hopeless about my future in Canada and told my close friends that I'll look into opportunities outside of Canada, I was literally heart broken by the situation. I lost so many job opportunities between 2016 and 2018 only because I was not a PR. The application process that was supposed to take 6 months took me 20 months to finalize. I lived in fear and stress during this time not being able to plan for my life and not be able to see past the next year. I spent so much money on renewing my work visas and work permits, taking time out of my busy schedule to meet with the member of parliament for my case. It was a devastating situation. I'm telling you about my personal experience and all these words are my opinion based on what I first handedly experienced with this law firm. I advise you to stay away from this firm if you what to be able to sleep at night and be sure that your case is not gonna get cancelled because it is not complete!

I came to know about this firm by their rating .So I emailed one of their team member his name is @jessie root regarding my immigration he told me that i am eligible for BCPNP and the whole process will take 2 years. then i asked him about Ielts score and everything he told me i just need 5 bands and supervisor job title and they can apply, i think that's the way to make me their client because i was new to BC I did not know about the rules so i trusted them which is my terrible mistake because the score was really up for the BCPNP about 2 years back. I signed the agreement and gave them $4725 for nothing just to create a profile for BCPNP. for them that's really small amount but for me it take 3 months to earn. also when they want to make you their client they will reply you same day. but when you gave them money they gonna reply you 3-4 days after. Terrible service

After having a terrible experience with another lawyer in applying for my wife's permanent residence visa where outdated forms were used and letters from Immigration were ignored not to mention the cost. I went to My Visa Source they gave me a lump sum fee and walked me through the information that was needed for the applications and we submitted the package. There was additional information requested by Immigration which was quickly addressed by My Visa Source. The only regret we had was not going to them from the start. I expect the firm can continue to improve the customer experience by being more responsive. — Updated 27/8- From the day of submission, the estimated processing time was 39-40days. Til now, the IRCC processing time has jumped to 81 days. I kept waiting and waiting for the WP to be approved. I had pushed the team since the beginning of this application given that the previous application earlier this year was delayed and I was very unpleasant. I have to say that I am so frustrated i know of course the processing time was beyond your control. In fact the team could have absolutely taken my case more seriously since I had always followed up myself and wish there was no more delay on this application. my child’s medical is currently invalid because the travel doc had been expired. I think this situation could’ve been avoided like last time my coop WP got delayed, I would have failed my study. Again i was told you couldn’t control the time, but you definitely can do better by looking at it seriously before the application - I wish I had not hired the service .. it feels like the money is wasted..

Helped me out on the phone then I asked about the pricing and was told that I need to schedule a consultation call and that's when I can get a quote. Said ok scheduled for 2 o'clock today no one calls. I call in they transfer me, the person who answers is talking as if he has no clue there was a consultation scheduled and is the same person I spoke with the other day. Now I am like so we had done the consultation then why was I given a separate appointment if this is not a different person? Hi, I got my Canada PR application work done from My Visa Source.I got to know about this firm online, no body recommended me. I met many consultants but no body was satisfactory. I called my Visa Source about 1 year back. I got 1 hour free consultation, I think only few immigration offices provide such consultation. It was good, I got an idea about my situation and to decide my way for immigration. However, I was the told that I meet the requirements but I had to fulfill some things like Ielts score and WES education evaluation to reach the minimum required score. My communication with the office was primarily through emails, when I had to ask questions. It takes 2 business days to get the reply. I never had my call received and replied at the same time, as they might be busy, most of the times I got answer to my questions via email. Talking about the quality of work done, I would say it was good. I was given a bunch of forms to fill at the beginning and later to fill the same online; here I think the work could have been done in one shift, I had to fill the same info twice, that was tiring. Trevor reads all the questions very well and answers appropriately, he guides you well through the process. The emails are clear and organized. I think my process was straight and simple. As per my experience , this firm is good to go for immigration works.

Felt like they didn't care - only wanted the sale. Had a long chat with one of their consultants which was helpful, but they didn't really offer any guidance. They never suggested options, which I am now pursuing, that were open to me other than redoing PR, which they would do for $4-5k. On the follow up call i said i was going with a different lawyer, after which they emailed me another couple of times asking when I was going to sign the agreement. I get they need to sign people up before helping etc. but just felt that they only cared about the sale.
