I used this law firm for my pr application. Had such a terrible experience. Instead of been a 1 year process, this became a nightmare and a 2 year process. They hold me to ransom. At the end of the application, they asked for $5000 more ( just because it became a 2 step process with express entry instead of 1) . Horrible experience.

About 11 years ago, my husband got rejected his work permit twice then we met Alex to seek for our last chance to get work permit visa. However, we ended up getting permanant resident because Alex found the best option for applying PR at that time for our case. It took more than a year to get PR since we applied PNP. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER. My partner and I are from the UK and needed help with our PR application for express entry. I won’t go into detail but Tess Acton gave us the wrong information which caused us huge issues. We had to spend hours sorting the paperwork to correct the issue and pay to see another layer who was able to help us. She was unresponsive to my emails, no apology, just gave a refund when we said we would complain. STAY AWAY!

Forgot a detail in my TRP and Rehabilitation packet and emailed Alex Stojicevic at an odd hour. I would expect that a lawyer would be slow to respond but he checked his email and gave me the simple response I needed in minutes. I wouldn't hold him to that time-frame but it is a good representation of dedication to the job at hand and understanding of need. Beyond that, his direction through the whole process was concise and I never felt that I was a means to a fee, everything was very up front and I understood what I was dealing with from moment to moment.
