I've known Priti Gandhi as a personal friend for many years and when I was rear ended by a careless driver last year I called her the second I got off the phone with the police. Her advice was calming and reassuring. Everything she walked me through on the phone from the police arriving on the scene, to booking an appointment w/ my doctor to make sure I was ok REALLY made the difference when deciding whether to pursue a claim was even necessary. When I walked into her office a week later and told her I will have to begin seeing a physiotherapist regularly and that I'll likely have to hire a personal trainer to get my neck and shoulder back to normal, she explained that because I was self employed and the accident happened while I was on the job, I would have to pay out of pocket for all my physio and personal training sessions -- which I knew would add up to $1,000's of dollars over the course of 6 months. I told her my only concern was getting healthy and that I would like to be compensated by ICBC for the costs associated with my physio and personal trainer so Priti advised to open up a claim in order to recoup my monies and simply asked me t o focus on getting healthy. Within a 6 month period I was almost back to %100 full health and through Priti's decade long experience negotiating Personal Injury Claims she advised me that she reached a very fair and healthy settlement with ICBC to cover both my expenses AND the depreciation of my vehicle that occurred from my accident. Before becoming a client I have highly recommended Prit Gandhi's services to half a dozen friends and co workers and now after personally hiring her for my own ICBC claim, I can confidently say that if you or a family member are the victim of careless driving, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Priti Gandhi for advice on where you stand in terms of your legal rights to compensation on your road to recovery and for your vehicle damages that go beyond having ICBC fix your car for a small deductible. I went to this firm for commercial dealings Chris Ness was my lawyer. He caharged me so much and even didn’t send the email from the opposition lawyer. Totally not recommended. He changed the draft so many times and even it was his mistake. He charged me for that. I am not happy with Chris Ness work.

The worst people I have ever had to deal with. They are dishonest. Never answer their phone when you need a urgent matter settled. Cut you off while you're talking... constantly. And have absolutely no regard for customers. They have no interest in proper resolution of any of their cases, all they care about is closing your file. They don't even bother to inform you if there is any update on your file. You're better off with a cheap billboard lawyer, than having to deal with these people.
