I cannot rave enough about my experiences with Deryck Harry. He’s an absolutely brilliant young chap. My partner and I have used him on complicated family matters and a Supreme Court civil litigation suit for defamation and I always feel very confident and well prepared with Deryck on my side. I can't say enough good things about Greer Jacks. I just closed the purchase on a condo in Abbotsford, while staying with my parents in Victoria for a couple months. Greer and his team (thanks, Vikki and Susan!!) showed the highest levels of compassion, responsiveness and professionalism, going to bat for me when the teller at my credit union struggled three times to send my money to their bank account to be held in trust. Everything finally got sorted (Forth time's a charm.). I felt Greer Jacks and his team supporting me and helping to look for answers every step of the way. I really found them indispensable. You can cancel all snarky lawyer jokes. With this man and his team, none would apply.

Got my work permit and permanent residence done through David Aujla. I was assigned Sarah Sohn to work on my immigration case and she was phenomenal. Everything went very smoothly and all the questions I asked were answered quickly and thoroughly. So grateful to have used them as the team to make all this happen. I thought about trying to do it myself, but there are so many things that Sarah recommended or fixed for me that would have ended poorly if not done correctly. I came to use the services of Crease Harman after a very nearly fatal bicycle VS car MVA. Then later for other matters relating to discrimination against me as a person with disabilities. I could not speak higher of Creese Harman and Michael McGregor for ensuring I no longer face these things alone. For the first time in my life I feel like someone "has my back" so to speak, and I truly appreciate it. If you need a "cut through the bs" lawyer who will stand their ground for their client. This is The Guy. I wish I could give more detail but I will say watching Michael tie the opposition up with their own arguments and false statements then slowly constrict the life out of their defense has been in a word "Catheartic".

Their partner Timothy Summers stated he was going to have some junior staff memberss look for any previous precedents related to my situation, to see if there could be anything to act upon, and that he would get back to me the following week. I never heard from him afterwards... My recommendation to Mr. Summers: don't make commitments you don't intend to follow through on... it's not a good look for a partner with a lawfirm claiming to have a "distinguished" reputation within their community.
