Look no further. Atac Law is without a doubt one of the best conveyancing corporations in town. They carry your transfer of property with dedication, professionalism and savoir faire. They know what they're doing. I got the privilege to work with Mike Stewart and Karin Baker: they are the top notch team anyone could ask for. Getting a divorce has already its share of stress and emotional drain, the only thing you need is to get the conveyance done as quickly as possible so you could move on with your life. Well, Atac Law will give you just that. Karin was on my case as the backbone for delivering results. My file involved the transfer of property from joint ownership with my ex-husband to sole ownership under my name. While working on the transfer of title I also applied for a refinancing. Karin and Mike worked around the clock to ease the procedure. Although my file encountered some delays Re: signing of transfer, Karin and Mike managed to have the bank flexible on the timing for closing based on my needs; the bank was locked in for me. That alone was a tremendous relief! Karin communicated regularly with me on the procedure, the timing and next steps. Everything was transparent. Her professionalism and commitment built trust from my part and I felt home under her guidance. Both Karin and Mike are warm, dedicated and very professional. They looked at every aspect of the transfer and were very patient to walk me through the conveyancing procedure. Karin moved heaven and earth and worked closely with the bank to reduce the clearance time for the cheques so that I could have a quicker access to the funds from my HELOC. Her dedication and professionalism are just mind blowing. Today, the transfer of my property is done and my refinancing flex line is accessible. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. In my case, this came in the form of a traffic ticket accusing me of excessive speeding. Not wanting any demerit points, associated fines, or a record on my otherwise clean drivers' abstract, I had retained Mr. Dan Griffith at ATAC LAW Corp. to act on my behalf and defend me in court. OCTOBER 29, 2020 UPDATE - Since my earlier review Dan has represented me again and I need to reiterate just how amazing this guy is - In the courtroom he is literally the most prepared and knowledgable lawyer a person could ever hope for - Its fun to watch him destroy the crowns poor attempts to manipulate and accuse falsely - Outside of court he is one of the most caring and REAL people you will ever meet - Dan has called on numerous occasions just to see how the health of my mother is ( she's recently been diagnosed with ALS.)
