Had an issue with one of my tenants and Jackie was recommended by a friend of mine. She totally took over all the paper work and went to the hearing for me. I didn't have to worry at all. She even arranged for the Sheriff. Afterwards she took my case to the small claims to get my money back. I was really stressed out because my husband lost his job and we weren't getting the income from the tenant. Now I have collected all the rent the guy owed me and I'm able to rent the unit out again, and fast. I would highly recommend Jackie, she made the whole thing really easy and worry free. I will be using her again for sure.

We had to sue our contractor after they completely botched our kitchen remodel. We had no idea were to begin or how to do a lawsuit. We had a deck replaced and the person doing the job did a terrible job. Approximately 5 months after it being built the deck began to fall apart. We had 2 other deck companies in and they both advised the deck was not built to "code" and the deck was a complete teardown! We made serval attempts to get some of our money back from the deck builder, to no avail. We decided to contact Jackie and went to see her. Jackie gave us our options and we decided to allow Jackie to send the guy a letter. We truly believed we would not hear from him and we would be taking this case to small claims court!
