I cannot thank the staff at Smitiuch Injury Law, basically they saved me and my family life as I was going in a downward spiral due to a undiagnosed concussion. Since the accident occurred while I was working I originally was on WSIB which gave me grief and did only the bare minimum in treatment then stopped treatment after minimal sessions. I was deteriorating mentally. After talking to a friend they suggested I use a lawyer, I took their advice for which I’m eternally grateful because the professional staff at Smitiuch were able to send me to knowledgeable Doctors get me off WSIB and get me the much needed treatment to start getting my life back on track. It’s not so much about the torte case as it was about getting the proper treatment to deal with post concussion syndrome. Thank you for your fantastic staff and support! I was involved in a serious car accident in Sept. 2015 which was caused by another driver running a stop sign onto a secondary county road.
