Unless you are white and privileged, Do not come here. These lawyers have no concept of Re-Conciliation with Aboriginals. They are getting rich off the backs of Aboriginal kids in care. They have no moral compass. These lawyers will try their best to make Aboriginal parents with addictions issues look like monsters. The Residential School Cycle Continues.... UPDATE*** Their partner Scott Abel was recently hired as a judge...so this in effect will ensure that their corrupt practice of stealing children from Aboriginal families will continue unabated. ( Dakota Ojibway Family Services) If you have 20 grand to hire this firm, then maybe you will get results...I can tell you that they do not care about the Aboriginal parents and the vulnerable people that just need help. They will help the agencies that have the cash to keep you down the way your parents were kept down in residential school. At the end of the day...this system is built on crooks. Modern Day Gangster Extortionists feeding off the misery of the Residential School System. Good for you Scott Abel! Breena Murray in my opinion is a SNAKE!

Do not try to get them for a divorce or any family lawyer. Did my due diligence and found out they were brushing people off who already paid for the meetings. Just interested in the money and not worried about actually helping you. Never even called me back either.

I was buying a house. I put in an offer for it. This law office was supposed to phone me about the counter offer but they did not. When I phoned Patersons, they said they could not find my file. If I was not talking to the vendor, I would not have known the counter offer. They did it to me twice. They said they could not find my file which was horrible since I have been dealing with them for a few months now. The lawyer was not there. Her name is Brina Murray. If she's sick, somebody should still get ahold of me as the counter offer has a deadline. Nobody even bothered to give me a call. Horrible service. I regret that I sought out their service. I did not really know which law office provides good service. Find a different lawyer or law office. Do not go to this one.

They have always been good lawyers in my opinion.. I've had 2 different lawyers because one of them went on maternity leave. Very quick, they give good legal advice and follow through with what they say in the time they say they'll do it

Do not ever!!!! Do legal buisness with these folks...legal secretary acted like she was a lawyer giving false information to the lawyer...i was looking for a divorce ..i was polite and she said lawyer didnt feel like dealing with an out of province divorce..and wont take me as a client and go somewhere else

Hired them and in less than a year I had 3 different lawyers ... I guess they figured my case wasn't important enough. They finally gave me a law student not even a real lawyer in the end. That's when I went and got a different lawyer that has done more for me in 2 phone call appointments than they did in 8 months ... wouldn't recommend!
