I have heard mnp over the radio several times last year and thought this company sounds to good to be true.i tried to convince my now ex wife that we should try it but she kept insisting that it wont work.a few months into this year after i broke up with her i contacted mnp and let me just say,talking with mnp was the best thing i have ever done.They explained everything,made the whole process easier to wrap my head around and understand their process,even after the first counseling call i felt the weight of my debt being lifted off my back.if i had to do it all over again i would always pick mnp.

Was great to deal with but unfortunately lead to some misleading information that has cause me to have to stay in bankruptcy longer and continue to pay more then expected. Still paying into it, with a low pension income, which equals amount allowed by rules and regulations and then have to continue to pay which has lead to some struggles still financially. Sickness put me into an unfortunate situation after 30yrs in the same industry and still no further ahead because the regulations have not been updated into today's economy.

MNP is very professional, very thorough in explaining all your options. When I separated from my spouse my debt spiralled to where I could not pay it down. For me, who always paid my bills on time was a big problem. They helped me when I needed it the most. I went in with debt that I would never be able to pay off. MNP staff were wonderful. i was so scared and worried, but they were helpful and kind. After my consumer proposal i attended the classes if thats the right words, and when i had completed those appointments the woman scared me all over again because she said that my bank might not renew my mortgage because i had done the proposal and told me to open several new bank accounts just in case i needed to shop for a new mortgage at a different bank. Eeeek! but i spoke to the woman who had done my proposal and she said that that rarely happens and indeed my original mortgage broker was fine with renewing.

For a process that can be frustrating, embarrassing and confusing , Leah and Amanda made everything crystal clear and alleviated all concerns and questions . These amazing 2 ladies made the process efficient and painless and left little to nothing unexplained . They cater to any questions or events before and during your proposal process. These ladies are the gold standard of what to expect when dealing with the stress and emotions that come along with this process . I am well on my way to repaired credit (just bought a new car for an amazing interest rate even only a couple % above my rates before this process, which is amazing because it usually doubles your rate until you fix your credit)) and I still have 2 years left on my proposal. With their help you can turn that feeling around 180 degrees and start living again and feeling alive versus just avoiding the problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking at this process . Even if you’re not sure give them a call they are very articulate with information and are hands down the most personable professionals I have dealt with in this process .
