When I see patients I wait for the entire appointment time, if they show up late they can still get the time remaining. Since they're paying for it, only fair. These guys count the clock down. Showed up 10 minutes late, since this place was a nightmare to find, called 3 times with no answer. Showed up, psychologist is gone. Working with actively suicidal patients and people just generally seeking help, this is beyond unprofessional, and downright negligent. I would never chose this location again. I've found the provincially funded therapists are much more on the ball. Thank god.
