(Translated) My wife Pascale Gladu is doing business with Mr. Ian D.Britt in family law. She had a legal aid mandate and that ended with a complaint to the syndic of the bar. It's simple, none but no call back, no follow up, nonchalant and very arrogant. After a few attempts to obtain a copy of her file in order to change her lawyer, she finally succeeded. In less than 24hrs only !! after contacting Cayer Ouellette's office, his intention to make a complaint to the trustee of the bar ... I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone but, this office to other lawyer and I am sure they are all very knowledgeable in their field. (Original) Ma conjointe Pascale Gladu, à fait affaire avec Me. Ian D.Britt en droit de la famille. Elle avait un mandat d'aide juridique et ca c'est terminé avec une plainte au syndic du barreau. C'est simple, aucun mais aucun retour d'appel, aucun suivi, nonchalant et très arrogant. Après quelques tentatives de se procurer une copie de son dossier dans le but de changer d'avocat, elle a finalement réussit. En moins de 24hr seulement !! après avoir communiquer avec le bureau de Cayer Ouellette, son intention de faire une plainte au syndic du barreau... Je ne recommande pas cet avocat à personne, mais, ce bureau à d'autre avocat et je suis sûr qu'ils sont tous très compétent dans leur domaine.
