I had the displeasure of having Wendy Elliott represent me in court with my ex a few years ago and she did the exact opposite. There was ZERO representation! I had a solid case with TONS of proof of my ex lying in court and she did nothing with it. I would have been better off representing myself. It got so bad I had to fire her at the end and have someone take over to attempt to clean up the mess she made. She will side with your ex and allow their lawyer to run the show. She will forget documents and will forget to tell you what documents she needs you to prepare and then when the judge asks for these things, she blames all of her incompetencies on her assistant. I wouldn't recommend her to absolutely anyone! My ex and I ended up working things out on our own without her "help". She made every situation tense and uncomfortable, you could tell that other lawyers and judges also felt the same way about her as everyone's demeanors would change when she would enter a room. When asked who my lawyer was by other lawyers, they would roll theirs eyes the second "wendy" came out of my mouth. STEER WAYYYY CLEAR!!! If you have solid case that should 100% go in your favor, do not hire this woman as she will do everything in her power to sabotage your case. It's wild to me that she hasn't had her license revoked. She will also respond to reviews stating that she's never represented the bad reviews which i find hilarious because i have tons of paper work with her name clearly written on it

She told me to my face that she works most cases in favor of the mother. And now she claims she didn't work for me but my files stats otherwise :)

Simply just go find another Lawyer. How many complaints have to go into the law society before something happens? Steer clear and spend your money wisely!!!

Wendy is a lawyer i would never recommend. She just finished "representing" my daughter. I amd i use that word lightly .She did absolutely nothing to defend her case .It was a good case with plenty of proof, affidavids, documents and witnesses. Not one ounce of defense. Dont be fooled like my daughter was .Wendy talks a good talk but she does nothing to back it up. No actions whatsoever. She allowed the opposing lawyer to call the shots and dictate the outcome . I am extremely upset and angry at the lack of representation my daughter recieved from Wendy and i have every intention oc reporting her to the upper law society . My daughter recieved absolutely no defense at all and because of this so much time was waisted and my daughters rights were not endorsed. She should be ashamed of herself. Unbelievable how she is still practicing.

Wendy Elliott is a down to earth person to talk to when you are having some legal issues. She is consistently fighting for the poor, the sick, the down trodden and the lame. Her rates are reasonable and staff greet you with a friendly smile every time. I would recommend her in all family law situations and if you find yourself with a criminal conviction as well.

My friend has wendy as a lawyer and she has been nothing but horrible to him she has not done anything ro help him his ex took off 6 years ago with his deaf son and has hidden for 6 years and wendy is taking her side my friend has never been in trouble with the law has clean drug tests and Wendy just keeps agreeing with the other side. She is the worst lawyer i have seen she is incompant and heartless if you have her as your lawyer id get rid of her fast and warn friends and family to not use her.

Do not waste your time, money or your energy on this person who calls herself a lawyer.
